I have had a wonderful experience with Billy. My old pipe was so rusted up and filled with roots that the entire thing had to be dug up and replaced. And Billy did it! He rolled up his sleeves and did the work. It’s rare in this day and age to find good, honest, and hardworking plumbers like Billy, and I am so grateful he was on my job. My experience with Rapid Response Plumbing was awesome thanks to Isaac and his team! I had a broken pipe under my concrete slab, and Isaac was extremely helpful, punctual, and informative throughout the entire process. He was upfront about everything that needed to be done and made sure to explain all aspects of the repairs as they were happening, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend RRP and would suggest you ask for Isaac if possible!

We had flushing, draining issues. A couple of toilets wouldn’t flush at night, then in the morning they would flush. When we emptied the tub our kitchen drain gurgled. We knew something was funky.
Aaron and Keith arrived and were super-professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They quickly assessed the problem as a cracked main line in my front yard, heading out to the street, which they were able to show me with the video they used to pinpoint the problem.
They offered options to repair the cracked area of piping or replace all of the old piping (which we originally thought was cast iron). We ultimately chose to replace all of the piping, as it turned out not to be cast iron at all, but an old cracked, worn, and squished Orangeburg pipe—the thing would just fall apart if you looked at it.
Replacing the pipe meant digging and re-routing pipe in the cramped crawl space under the house, but these guys were all in.
Aaron and Keith, with the help of Kyle and some other fellers, had to work ‘til it was dark out but they got the big job done—all the while smiling—so positive, so professional.
I think we went without running water only for about a half a day, which was great since we have a toddler.
I would definitely call these guys again.

Ryland and Kyle did a fantastic job updating my pipes, pressure pump, tank, and added a softener system. Ryland was extremely informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure to answer all of my questions and helped me pick a water system that would suit my budget and needs. My house was built with a terrible PVC pipe system with nothing holding up the pressure valve tank, which had already failed. I had a billion questions for what I wanted to quote for the house, and he thoroughly answered and gave me no pressure to figure it out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services. Toni was great on the customer call side as well.

Nate was our tech who assisted us! It turned out that our pipes were leaking in multiple spots in our yard and they were located under the driveway. Nate redid the pipes so that they were connected away from the driveway and connected them to the pipes in our home. We had gotten a few quotes and RRP was able to get it done for $800 less than their competitors. Excellent!!! I have been more than happy with Rapid Response Plumbing! I recently purchased a home, and there was quite a bit of plumbing work to be done. They came twice to do 2 separate jobs, one being to change pretty much all the pipes in the crawlspace to PVC pipes (not an easy job!). Keith, Aaron, and Kyle were awesome! What a Life Saver!
What a life saver! We thought we had a simple clog in our sinks, but it was actually a major issue that could have gone very bad. We had plumbers out before who would just snake our drain and charge us $300. The difference this time was our plumber, Stevie, got to the root of the problem. I had a diagnostic done to get an understanding of what my plumbing issue was. Bailey Riccitelli is one of the most awesome technicians this company has. He made it very easy for me to understand my problem and the options I had to get it fixed. He may look young and because of this you could easily judge and think he may not be as experienced, but looks can be deceiving. I’m sure he can make technicians older than him and more experienced look like amateurs because of how thorough he is and how knowledgeable he is. Bailey pays attention to detail and he understands his job thoroughly, but if there is something he can’t figure out, he’ll call in to confer with someone who may understand the situation better in order to get a thorough understanding and to give you an accurate and thorough assessment, and he’ll put them on speakerphone so you can hear the conversation to get a better understanding as well and ask questions if you need to.
Bailey cares deeply about his customers and he’ll work with you to try and get you an affordable price for the work. Stevie came out to replace our front and back hose bibbs and threw in pressurizing and a shut-off valve to each bibb for the same price another company quoted just to replace the bibbs. While checking our water pressure, he found it was about 30 psi too high for our home and offered to replace the PRV and retrofit our main water line from PVC to copper at a discounted rate since he was already here. He thoroughly explained each recommendation and had all of the work completed in a few hours. We will definitely give him a call for any future plumbing needs!
