What a life saver! We thought we had a simple clog in our sinks, but it was actually a major issue that could have gone very bad. We had plumbers out before who would just snake our drain and charge us $300. The difference this time was our plumber, Stevie, got to the root of the problem. He did a thorough inspection and saw our pipe was about to burst any moment because of how clogged it was. He saved us thousands of dollars and a lot of heartache! Will never use anyone else again ⭐️

I had a diagnostic done to get an understanding of what my plumbing issue was. Bailey Riccitelli is one of the most awesome technicians this company has. He made it very easy for me to understand my problem and the options I had to get it fixed. He may look young and because of this you could easily judge and think he may not be as experienced, but looks can be deceiving. I’m sure he can make technicians older than him and more experienced look like amateurs because of how thorough he is and how knowledgeable he is. Bailey pays attention to detail and he understands his job thoroughly, but if there is something he can’t figure out, he’ll call in to confer with someone who may understand the situation better in order to get a thorough understanding and to give you an accurate and thorough assessment, and he’ll put them on speakerphone so you can hear the conversation to get a better understanding as well and ask questions if you need to. Bailey cares deeply about his customers and he’ll work with you to try and get you an affordable price for the work. He is passionate about his job and I can tell he loves it and that’s the kind of person you want working on any of your plumbing issues. If you need a technician, ask for Bailey, you won’t be sorry. Stevie came out to replace our front and back hose bibbs and threw in pressurizing and a shut-off valve to each bibb for the same price another company quoted just to replace the bibbs. While checking our water pressure, he found it was about 30 psi too high for our home and offered to replace the PRV and retrofit our main water line from PVC to copper at a discounted rate since he was already here. He thoroughly explained each recommendation and had all of the work completed in a few hours. We will definitely give him a call for any future plumbing needs!

First off, Rapid Response is just that, rapid. We came across an issue with a leaking pressure valve in our garage. Made a call and were able to schedule for the following morning. We were told between 10 and 2 and then received a call at 11 that our technician would be here by noon. Danny knocked on our door by 11:30. I can’t say enough about Danny. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just simply a pleasure to work with. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable having a service technician in my home before him. Not only was he here to work, we got to connect on a personal level as well. Danny taught me things I had no clue about on how to maintain the plumbing in my home better. I really appreciate that extra mile. Danny worked quickly and efficiently and got us back up and running within an hour.
