Diagnosed and Fixed the Issue in Under an Hour
Jason Johnson was able to resolve an issue with a clogged pressure reducing valve from a main water line damaged by contractors. With just a vague description of what the issue was, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under an hour. He also walked me through how to bleed out debris in the plumbing system and checked the pressure to ensure it was accurate. Will be calling them first when I need more plumbing work done.

Amazing! Kyle and Ben saved me when a water pipe in my front yard sprung a very bad leak. They dug in my yard for hours (in the rain) until they found the leak and fixed it perfectly. They even filled the hole back in beautifully. I had been without water for 3 days, and Kyle assured me that they were going to do everything they could to get my water back on that day. And they did! Extremely courteous, efficient, and just all around pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

I was getting a new frig today and delivery folks said there was a problem with the water line leaking. Told me to call a plumber and left me with two refrigerators in the kitchen and all contents out. I spontaneously developed a water leak that led to a $300 water bill and am so grateful to have reached out to Rapid Response Plumbing regarding the issue. My schedule was incredibly tight and they still managed to work with me to entirely resolve the issue within a week. Nate was incredibly helpful and accommodating with coming out to diagnose the problem and trying to locate the leak. Stevie came out to replace our front and back hose bibbs and threw in pressurizing and a shut-off valve to each bibb for the same price another company quoted just to replace the bibbs. While checking our water pressure, he found it was about 30 psi too high for our home and offered to replace the PRV and retrofit our main water line from PVC to copper at a discounted rate since he was already here. He thoroughly explained each recommendation and had all of the work completed in a few hours. We will definitely give him a call for any future plumbing needs!
