Stevie came out to replace our front and back hose bibbs and threw in pressurizing and a shut-off valve to each bibb for the same price another company quoted just to replace the bibbs. While checking our water pressure, he found it was about 30 psi too high for our home and offered to replace the PRV and retrofit our main water line from PVC to copper at a discounted rate since he was already here. He thoroughly explained each recommendation and had all of the work completed in a few hours. We will definitely give him a call for any future plumbing needs!

First off, Rapid Response is just that, rapid. We came across an issue with a leaking pressure valve in our garage. Made a call and were able to schedule for the following morning. We were told between 10 and 2 and then received a call at 11 that our technician would be here by noon. Danny knocked on our door by 11:30. I can’t say enough about Danny. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just simply a pleasure to work with. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable having a service technician in my home before him. Not only was he here to work, we got to connect on a personal level as well. Danny taught me things I had no clue about on how to maintain the plumbing in my home better. I really appreciate that extra mile. Danny worked quickly and efficiently and got us back up and running within an hour. My plumber was Jason Johnson. I met him at Home Depot where he was on his way back to a job. Jason took the time to speak with me about a plumbing issue that had in my home and discussed my problem. Jason gave me professional advice, along with his number, and I followed his direction. Upon speaking with him, I had Jason come and repair a ruptured water line in my bathroom. Upon arrival, Jason said he would need to check my water pressure after the repairs. Once repairs were completed, the water pressure was checked, finding out that I also had a bad water pressure regulator. Jason repaired the regulator. I said all this to say that just from meeting a guy at Home Depot who is a plumber, Jason is a true professional. He has helped me get my home straightened out. With all his help, advice, and professional service I can truly say Jason is a great plumber. Future work at my home involving plumbing work will be done by Jason Johnson.
