We were receiving high water bills for the last two months. So, it was apparent that there was a water leak, but we just couldn't figure out where. So, I gave Rapid Response a call, and that turned out to be the best thing that we could have ever done. It turned out that we have a water main leak as a result of a previous plumbing company using faulty equipment (shark bites) to fix a leaky water main some years back. Also, the expansion tank attached to the water heater had failed. Stevie was the plumber that came out yesterday to save the day! He was an absolute 'Rockstar' from start to finish!
