Stevie came the same day, immediately identified the issue, and came back to fix it the next day. He did an amazing job fixing the issue and was happy to answer all of my questions. He also referred me to a mitigation company that helped me through my homeowner's claim to get the basement fixed up. Without Stevie, my basement issue would’ve been more of a disaster.

When our sewer pipe broke and sewage backed up into our home, we called Rapid Response Plumbing. Within the hour, they sent technician Kyle, who was knowledgeable and quickly able to identify the problem. He cleaned up the sewage inside our home, and the next day, company owners Keith and Aaron were at work at our home by 9 AM fixing our pipe. Our irrigation, water main, and exterior wiring for irrigation were protected. They then put us in touch with a mitigation company as well. Keith, Aaron, and Kyle were all phenomenal, using cameras inside the pipe and digging up everything without damaging the exterior and working with us constantly, showing us what needed to be repaired and/or replaced and why.
