Stevie came the same day, immediately identified the issue, and came back to fix it the next day. He did an amazing job fixing the issue and was happy to answer all of my questions. He also referred me to a mitigation company that helped me through my homeowner's claim to get the basement fixed up. Without Stevie, my basement issue would’ve been more of a disaster.

When our sewer pipe broke and sewage backed up into our home, we called Rapid Response Plumbing. Within the hour, they sent technician Kyle, who was knowledgeable and quickly able to identify the problem. He cleaned up the sewage inside our home, and the next day, company owners Keith and Aaron were at work at our home by 9 AM fixing our pipe. Our irrigation, water main, and exterior wiring for irrigation were protected. They then put us in touch with a mitigation company as well. Keith, Aaron, and Kyle were all phenomenal, using cameras inside the pipe and digging up everything without damaging the exterior and working with us constantly, showing us what needed to be repaired and/or replaced and why. I’m the Post Commander at American Legion Post 1. We found there was a problem with our sewage lift system. Matt diagnosed the problem on Friday night. Keith, Kyle, and Matt came on Saturday to evaluate and determine the repair steps. Thursday morning, bright and early, Keith, Kyle, and Aaron, along with Sam’s Septic, began repairs. We used Rapid Response Plumbing recently due to the fact that our whole home was backing up. Aaron came out promptly and on time so he could assist us and give us options on how to potentially alleviate our issues. We ended up having Aaron pull the toilet so he could inspect our sewer line. He was able to precisely locate our blockage in our line with his camera, and used a sewer machine to unclog the line. He also found out that there was a small section of pipe that was holding water due to there being a belly. He also sent me a reasonable quote for a permanent solution to alleviate this issue. We will be using Rapid Response for all our future plumbing needs. Aaron was professional and very knowledgeable during the whole experience and I will be recommending them to my family and friends!

Stevie came out to replace our front and back hose bibbs and threw in pressurizing and a shut-off valve to each bibb for the same price another company quoted just to replace the bibbs. While checking our water pressure, he found it was about 30 psi too high for our home and offered to replace the PRV and retrofit our main water line from PVC to copper at a discounted rate since he was already here. He thoroughly explained each recommendation and had all of the work completed in a few hours. We will definitely give him a call for any future plumbing needs!

Rapid Response Is Just That, Rapid
First off, Rapid Response is just that, rapid. We came across an issue with a leaking pressure valve in our garage. Made a call and were able to schedule for the following morning. We were told between 10 and 2 and then received a call at 11 that our technician would be here by noon. Danny knocked on our door by 11:30. I can’t say enough about Danny. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just simply a pleasure to work with. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable having a service technician in my home before him. Not only was he here to work, we got to connect on a personal level as well. Danny taught me things I had no clue about on how to maintain the plumbing in my home better.
