I typically do my home projects/repairs myself and hold a high standard when hiring professionals to work on projects at my house. In this particular instance the job was too big of a task and I knew I needed a licensed plumber. After getting multiple quotes and talking to a dozen or so plumbers about all of my different options, Luke provided the best solution to running the gas line at an incredible price. Within days of picking Rapid Response for the job, they worked around my hectic schedule and picked a day at my convenience. Luke and Daniel arrived early to go over the plan once more and prep for the complex project at hand. Both Luke and Daniel are very knowledgeable. They worked throughout the day, were polite, courteous, and kept a very clean job site. They were able to handle this task within a single day and went above and beyond all my expectations.

I cannot speak more highly of the plumbing services that were provided at our home recently by Billy & Jacob! We were having a problem with our high-end gas range that would tick continuously, which was extremely annoying! If it were not for Billy's wisdom and insight directing me to have GA Natural Gas come out first to check the gas level, we would have missed the root of the problem, which was much bigger than we thought, and could have been very dangerous! Billy & Jacob were so diligent to fix everything in a timely manner, I am so grateful! They were also very nice and kind people! They are a huge asset to your organization! There are those moments in life and home ownership that you dread. When the hot water heater suddenly gives out… that’s one of those moments of silence. When I tell you that this was the worst possible time for this curve ball in my life, I am truly telling you that’s an understatement. I know that there’s never a great time for that news, but I know there certainly is a worst time. And this—this was the worst time. So the ancient (OMG 2003) hot water heater finally gave out. I was pretty scared and overwhelmed. I had to bathe my kids in the sink that night, freaked out about the cost, the repair—the endless questions. So, I called the first highly reviewed company I could find on Google. I feel beyond thankful that I found these guys! Literally this was the biggest blessing that I could have asked for. Kyle arrived within about an hour or two. He was so pleasant, helpful, kind, and compassionate. He understood our dilemma, and Kyle truly helped us navigate to a solution that made this replacement possible. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful young man he is—he’s really an exceptional and experienced plumber that has a way of really making the entire experience pleasant and reassuring. I have been in the process of upgrading and fixing up my house for a while, and I have encountered my share of plumbing companies, and Rapid Response is truly the BEST company I have ever come across. The prices are reasonable, fair, and competitive. The service is prompt and professional. The range of services and timeliness of completing projects cannot be beat. The hot water heater died late that afternoon, and a new one was installed and working beautifully by lunchtime the next day! And it was very reasonably priced. I only really do reviews for companies that have gone above and beyond from the first phone call to the last goodbye. And this is a truly delightful company to work with. I can’t say enough! Five stars! And Kyle deserves five stars as well. He’s representing your company in a way that would make you proud. Update after installation: Bailey completed the install, and the final result exceeded expectations. This wasn’t just a basic replacement—they installed a new Bradford White water heater, added a properly mounted expansion tank, and replaced the pressure regulating valve.
