Daniel was very professional, provided options, explained everything thoroughly, worked cleanly. Everything in the water heater closet looked tidy and, in fact, much better after he and Ben were done. One-year warranty on their work is solid. Our 15-year-old water heater started leaking over a month and a half ago. Sears would not repair it because it was over 15 years old. It was a slow leak, but we knew eventually it would give way altogether. We just trusted in Almighty God that He would hold it back till we could afford to get it replaced. Today Rapid Response replaced it with a 50-gallon water heater. All was done in a few short hours. No more leaking water heater. Husband and wife team and they were professional and prompt in the replacement. I would not hesitate to use them again. They cleaned up the area and were very respectful of our home. Very happy with the response from this team. Mitchell arrived within the time mentioned. He assessed the setup and gave reasonable options and a fair estimate for replacement of the hot water heater. I felt great about his approach and honesty. Shortly after, Charlie arrived to help get everything installed and cleaned up. The whole process was less than four hours. Glad I found this group and happy to use them again for the next project.

Excellent experience with this company. The manager, Billy, called me back immediately after my initial inquiry for a water heater replacement. He quoted a fair and comparable price, and was able to schedule an install. The plumber, Marc, came out on install day and meticulously removed the old heater and had the new heater installed and running, which was not easy as he was working in a very confined space. He kept the work area clean. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, and for how accommodating they are.

Stevie at Rapid Response was amazing! My landlord Megan called them because my water bill was high and the water heater was only getting hot for a few minutes. Stevie came out and diagnosed everything. The next day he was out and installed a new water line from the meter inside the home along with a new water heater and PRV, which I didn’t even know was a thing… Highly recommend Stevie, as we are back up and running and very happy with the whole experience.
