Needed a quick same-day toilet repair that had a bad wax seal and was leaking. RRP customer service rep (CSR) advised they could come during the same day. RRP CSR also called and advised when the technician was on the way. When Kyle arrived, he got right to work. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and gave some tips on future possible repairs needed in other areas. Kyle knocked it out of the park with a smile, professional attention, and thorough work completed. Will be a returning customer for sure!

Jason truly did an outstanding job.
I scheduled an appointment online to repair my toilet flange and redo all the water lines under my kitchen sink. Jason was my plumber and he truly did an outstanding job. My wife and I were smelling a musty smell coming from the kitchen sink and we thought it was from a water leak, but Jason quickly discovered the problem. The smell was due to a bad vent air admittance valve that allows air in the drainage pipes, but it blocks odors from entering the house. Our toilet doesn’t rock back and forth and we have a fresh-smelling kitchen again. Thanks, Jason!!
